- Architectural Drawings for Exterior Elevations (30-90 Days) *Quoted Per Job of Sq Ft / 3D
- Build & Design Internal Plan Review Meeting
2. invest & launch
- Payment #2 – Approval of the Construction Agreement
- Apply for Permits (Average 10-45 Days)
- Order & Deliver All Materials
- Build & Design Onsite: Set Job Site Expectations (Safety, Home Access, Storage, Dumpster, Porta John Location, Pets, Etc.)
2. invest & launch
- Payment #2 – Approval of the Construction Agreement
